- We require 48 Hour Notice for any cancellations. There will be a $25 charge for any appointment that has not been canceled within the 24 hours.
- There will be a $50 charge if you do not show up for an appointment and it may prevent you from being able to book with us in the future.

- We do not accept walk-ins. We are a very busy & are not open for walk-ins, all services are by appointment only.
- HAIR APPOINTMENTS are booked directly with one of our 6 stylist. You can call & leave a message, email the salon or contact your service provider directly.
