  • We require 48 Hour Notice for any cancellations. There will be a $25 charge for any appointment that has not been canceled within the 24 hours.
  • There will be a $50 charge if you do not show up for an appointment and it may prevent you from being able to book with us in the future.
  • ​We do not accept expired gift certificates.

Signori Mani Salon & Day Spa will be following all guidelines and regulations to ensure the safety of our team and our clients.
First of all we are going to be excited to see you but sad to say we can’t give out hugs, but trust us we will be wearing a smile behind our masks.
 
What to expect:

*Your service provider will contact you to book an appointment.
*We have online booking for only massages
*We will not be taking walk-ins.
*If you have been sick or been around anyone who has been sick, we ask that you reschedule.
*Please give a 48 hour notice for cancellations

*Do not bring any guests with you to your appointment.
*When you arrive the day of your appointment please remain in vehicle or outdoor seating & your service provider will text or call you when they are ready for your appointment.

*We will have a limited amount of people in the salon.
*There will be a $50 fee for no shows and you may not be able to re-book.

*You will be required to fill out and sign new paperwork, also a COVID-19 form.
*We will do a touch-less temperature check before entering the salon.
*Please bring a mask with you, you may be required to wear mask with your service provider.
*We will not have anyone waiting in waiting room. We ask you to wait in your car & we will come get you or call you to let you know when we are ready for you.
*We will have a one way in(entrance) & a one way out (exit). The entrance with ramp will be the enter door. The main door on the right will be the exit door. Doors will be locked & we will open door for you.
*Please be on time for your appointments. We are going to do our best to stay on time, due to extra cleaning precautions between each client.
*Retail area: We ask that you do not touch retail, your service provider will grab & bag your products for you.
*If you need to come by for just retail, you can email me with your order, I can sent you an invoice & do curbside pick up. signorimani@gmail.com
*Gift Certificates expiration will be extended 2 months due to being closed.

*We may not be able to answer phones because we may not have anyone working phones due to limiting amount of people in salon, so please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

How to be ready for your hair appointment:
*Bring mask in case your service provider requires you to wear one.
*Bring disposable mask if getting a color service.

*We won’t have refreshments so bring your favorite beverage if you like.

Spa Services:
*Must shower before your service.
*Bring only your essentials in with you.
*Bring mask in case your service provider requires you to wear one.
